AI implementation in three steps, built to match where your team actually is.
AI implementation for brands and operators across outdoor, retail, and hospitality. Three tiers of engagement: AI Foundation, AI Implementation, and Ongoing Partnership, built to match where your team actually is.
Tier 01 · AI Foundation
Most teams have one or two people using AI well. Time to get everyone onboard.
A four-to-six-week engagement that produces what most teams can’t get internally: a working AI policy, a rationalized tool stack, role-specific training for the people who’ll actually use AI, change management guidance for leaders rolling AI out, and a prioritized opportunity map that names what to build first, second, third, and what not to build at all.
What you see at this tier
- Recommendations for which platform(s) to adopt.
- Training to get everyone on the team to a basic level of fluency and start weaving AI into their work.
- A prioritized map of AI-ready work across marketing, ecomm, operations, sales, and CX: a shortlist of workflows ready to move to Tier 2, and an honest view of which aren’t.
Tier 02 · AI Implementation
Move AI off individual islands of knowledge and onto systems built on shared context.
A focused build engagement that designs, deploys, and stabilizes AI workflows and tools inside your operation. Workflows commonly land in one of six domains: workflow automation, content operations, intelligent routing, reporting and analysis, customer experience, or process intelligence. Tier 02 ends when systems are running in production, documented, and stabilized. Keeping them running and getting sharper lives in Tier 03.
Examples of what we can build
- Workflow automation. End-to-end AI workflows that connect your existing tools, eliminate manual handoffs, and run reliably. Content pipelines, order processing, customer communication sequences.
- Content operations. AI systems for creating, reviewing, and distributing content that maintain your brand voice. Faster production, consistent quality, the team stays in control of the output.
- Intelligent routing and intake. Smart systems that classify incoming requests, route them to the right person, and surface the context needed to respond.
- Reporting and analysis. Automated reporting that pulls from your actual data sources, synthesizes insights, and delivers them where your team already looks.
- Customer experience. Personalization and response systems that let your team serve more customers without sacrificing the quality they expect.
- Process intelligence. Systems that surface patterns across your operation, flag exceptions before they become problems, and give leadership a clearer view of what’s actually happening.
Tier 03 · Ongoing Partnership
Keep your AI workflows and tools running and getting sharper.
The monthly retainer that keeps your AI workflows and tools running and getting sharper. Covers managed infrastructure operations, continuous monitoring and maintenance, new automation development, and the Topo memory layer that learns from your team’s corrections and edits over time so the system improves the longer you use it.
What’s included
- Managed infrastructure operations.
- Continuous monitoring and maintenance of deployed workflows and tools.
- New automation development as your operation evolves.
- The Topo memory layer: learns from your team’s corrections and edits so output quality compounds over time.
For Tiers 2 and 3, we can deliver onto company-managed infrastructure if your team has the technical know-how. If not, workflows and Topo run on secure Loop Trails owned and managed infrastructure.
How engagements work
Every Loop Trails engagement runs through the same three phases, whether you’re starting with a Tier 01 AI Foundation or going straight to a Tier 02 build.
Phase 1
Foundation
Four to six weeks. An AI policy, a rationalized tool stack, role-specific training, change management guidance for leaders, and a prioritized opportunity map that names what to build first and what not to build at all.
Phase 2
Build
Design, deploy, and stabilize AI workflows and tools inside your operation. Typically one to three months depending on scope. Ends when systems are running in production, documented, and stabilized.
Phase 3
Run
The monthly retainer that keeps your AI workflows and tools running and getting sharper. Infrastructure operations, monitoring and maintenance, new automation development, and the Topo memory layer improving output quality over time.

We’d rather build you something real in the first month than spend that month writing a plan.
Most engagements start with a Tier 01 AI Foundation. Four to six weeks to map what matters, build an AI policy, and land the prioritized opportunity map your team needs before a bigger commitment.
